These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in Hello From The Spirit Side (the “Program”), offered by Brittany Schmidt (“Company,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Student,” “Participant,” or “you”) agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

Hello From The Spirit Side is a self paced online mediumship and intuition development experience that blends nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, spiritual development, evidential mediumship training, somatic practices, breathwork, hypnosis, and energetic development techniques.

The Program includes:
• 18 core training modules
• 1 bonus Business Basics Module
• live coaching and practice calls
• guided meditations and activations
• subconscious and somatic exercises
• community access
• quizzes and certification components
• downloadable digital resources and materials
• optional physical bonuses shipped directly to participants

The Program is delivered digitally through Kajabi or an equivalent platform.

Participants receive immediate access to course materials upon enrollment along with lifetime access to the Program and any future updates added to the curriculum.

Live coaching and practice calls are scheduled separately and are intended to support the integration and development phase of the Program.

2. Payment Terms

Investment options and payment plans are outlined at the time of purchase.

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to complete all scheduled payments associated with your selected payment plan, regardless of participation level, progress, or completion status.

Payment plans are legally binding commitments.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal from the Program, including revocation of access to course materials, live calls, community spaces, bonuses, and certification eligibility.

The Company reserves the right to use reasonable collection efforts for unpaid balances if necessary.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Program, immediate access to materials, downloadable resources, energetic activations, and intellectual property, all sales are final.

No refunds, transfers, credits, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances once enrollment has been completed.

If enrolled through a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full.

4. Intellectual Property

All Program materials are protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• videos
• trainings
• meditations
• hypnosis recordings
• activations
• PDFs
• workbooks
• quizzes
• exercises
• graphics
• live call recordings
• community content
• teachings and methodologies

Enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non transferable license for individual use only.

You may not:
• copy
• reproduce
• distribute
• modify
• share
• upload
• teach from
• repurpose
• sell
• sublicense
• publicly display
• commercially exploit

any portion of the Program without prior written permission from the Company.

Unauthorized sharing of Program materials may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund and may result in legal action.

5. Community Conduct & Confidentiality

Participants agree to maintain a respectful, supportive, and confidential environment within all Program spaces, including:
• live calls
• community groups
• partner practices
• practice circles
• messaging spaces
• comments and discussions

Information shared by other participants is considered confidential and may not be shared publicly or privately outside the Program without explicit permission.

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, hate speech, disruptive behavior, repeated boundary violations, or inappropriate conduct toward the Company or other participants will not be tolerated.

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program and associated spaces without refund for violations of these guidelines.

6. Certification Disclaimer

Completion of the Program and Final Certification Quiz may result in a Hello From The Spirit Side Certificate of Completion.

This certification is intended for personal and educational recognition only and does not constitute professional licensing, psychological accreditation, medical certification, or legal authorization to practice in regulated industries.

7. Disclaimers

Hello From The Spirit Side is intended for educational, personal development, and spiritual exploration purposes only.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding:
• psychic abilities
• mediumship abilities
• intuitive accuracy
• business success
• financial outcomes
• personal transformation
• client results
• spiritual experiences

Results vary greatly based on individual participation, practice, nervous system capacity, openness, consistency, and personal experience.

The Program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support where needed.

8. Somatic, Breathwork & Energetic Practices

The Program may include practices such as:
• breathwork
• meditation

• energetic activations
• somatic regulation tools
• visualization practices
• altered state or trance exercises

These experiences may evoke emotional, physical, energetic, or psychological responses.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
• participation is voluntary
• you are responsible for monitoring your own wellbeing
• you may pause or discontinue practices at any time
• you will participate at your own pace and discretion

If you have medical, psychological, cardiovascular, neurological, respiratory, or trauma related concerns, you are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating in breathwork, hypnosis, or altered state practices.

9. Liability Waiver

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• you assume full responsibility for your participation, decisions, interpretations, actions, and results
• participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk
• the Company is not liable for any injuries, losses, emotional distress, damages, claims, or outcomes arising from participation in the Program
• the Company is not responsible for participant interpretations of intuitive, psychic, energetic, or spiritual experiences

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Brittany Schmidt and associated representatives from any and all liability related to participation in the Program.

10. Technology & Access

Participants are responsible for maintaining the internet access, devices, software, and technology required to participate in the Program.

The Company is not responsible for:
• internet interruptions
• software failures
• platform outages
• device incompatibility
• participant technology issues
• lost passwords or login credentials

Access to the Program is granted solely to the enrolled participant and may not be shared with others.

11. Physical Bonuses & Shipping

Any physical bonuses included with enrollment, including but not limited to the Conscious Creatures Oracle Deck, will be shipped to the mailing address provided by the participant.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

The Company is not responsible for delays, customs issues, lost packages, incorrect addresses, or carrier related delivery issues once items have been shipped.

12. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Program without refund for:
• violation of these Terms
• abusive or disruptive behavior
• unauthorized sharing of materials
• harassment or boundary violations
• non payment of scheduled installments
• misuse of Program content or community spaces

Termination may include removal from:
• course access
• live calls
• community groups
• bonuses
• certification eligibility

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

14. Agreement

By enrolling in Hello From The Spirit Side, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
