Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
All session purchases are non refundable.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required. Sessions rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice may be moved to a new mutually agreed upon time based on availability.


Requests to reschedule made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time cannot be accommodated, and the session will be considered forfeited.


Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a missed session and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.


Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments prevent that time from being offered to another client.


In the rare event Brittany must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the next available appointment time.
