These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in Hello, From The Spirit Side (the “Program”), offered by Brittany Schmidt (“Company,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). By enrolling, you (“Student,” “you,” or “participant”) agree to the following:

1. Program Overview

  • Program Name: Hello, From The Spirit Side

  • Format: 16-week online program including self-paced modules, live group calls, optional practice circles, community access, and associated materials.

  • Delivery: All materials are hosted via Kajabi (or equivalent platform) and delivered digitally. Any physical bonuses (e.g., Oracle Decks) are shipped directly to participants.

2. Payment Terms

  • Investment:

    • Sacred Spirit Circle: $2,222 (or payment plan).

    • Sanctuary of Spirit: $4,444 (or payment plan).

  • Payment plans are binding. By enrolling, you authorize all scheduled payments and agree to complete the plan in full, regardless of participation or completion status.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal from the Program without refund.

3. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of the Program, all sales are final.

  • No refunds, transfers, or cancellations are permitted once enrolled.

  • If you are on a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All Program materials (videos, PDFs, workbooks, meditations, activations, and community posts) are protected by copyright.

  • You are granted a personal, non-transferable license for your own use only.

  • You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or sell any Program materials without written permission.

5. Confidentiality & Community Conduct

  • You agree to respect the privacy of fellow participants. What is shared in live calls or community spaces must remain confidential.

  • Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The Company reserves the right to remove participants from the Program (without refund) for violation of community guidelines.

6. Disclaimers

  • The Program is intended for personal development, education, and spiritual exploration only.

  • I do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or psychic/mediumship abilities. Results vary based on personal effort, practice, and individual capacity.

  • The Program is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always consult appropriate licensed professionals as needed.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating, you agree that:

  • You assume full responsibility for your choices, experiences, and results.

  • You release the Company from any liability for injuries, emotional distress, or other damages arising from participation in the Program.

  • You understand some practices (e.g., breathwork, hypnosis, somatic exercises) may bring up strong emotions and agree to participate at your own pace and discretion.

8. Technology & Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the technology (internet, device, software) required to access the Program.

  • The Company is not responsible for disruptions, errors, or limitations caused by your equipment or internet connection.

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the Program for violations of these Terms, failure to make payments, or inappropriate conduct.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
