These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in Hello From The Spirit Side (the “Program”), offered by Brittany Schmidt (“Company,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Student,” “Participant,” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview

Hello From The Spirit Side is a self paced online mediumship and intuition development experience that blends nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, spiritual development, evidential mediumship training, somatic practices, breathwork, hypnosis, energetic development techniques, and educational coaching.

The Program includes:
• 18 core training modules
• 1 bonus Business Basics Module
• live coaching and practice calls
• guided meditations and activations
• subconscious and somatic exercises
• community access
• quizzes and certification components
• downloadable digital resources and materials
• optional physical bonuses shipped directly to participants

The Program is delivered digitally through Kajabi or an equivalent platform.

Participants receive immediate access to course materials upon enrollment along with lifetime access to the Program and future curriculum updates added by the Company.

Live coaching and practice calls are scheduled separately and are intended to support the integration and development phase of the Program.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in the Program.

By enrolling, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this Agreement and accepting full responsibility for your participation.

3. Payment Terms

Investment options and payment plans are outlined at the time of purchase.

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to complete all scheduled payments associated with your selected payment plan, regardless of participation level, progress, access, or completion status.

Payment plans are legally binding commitments.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal from the Program, including revocation of access to:
• course materials
• live calls
• community spaces
• bonuses
• certifications
• future updates

The Company reserves the right to pursue reasonable collection efforts for unpaid balances where necessary.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Program, immediate access to materials, downloadable resources, energetic activations, intellectual property, and educational content, all sales are final.

No refunds, transfers, credits, cancellations, or payment reversals will be issued under any circumstances once enrollment has been completed.

If enrolled through a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full.

5. Intellectual Property

All Program materials are protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• videos
• trainings
• meditations
• hypnosis recordings
• activations
• PDFs
• workbooks
• quizzes
• exercises
• graphics
• live call recordings
• community content
• teachings
• frameworks
• methodologies

Enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non transferable license for individual use only.

You may not:
• copy
• reproduce
• distribute
• modify
• share
• upload
• teach from
• repurpose
• sell
• sublicense
• publicly display
• commercially exploit

any portion of the Program without prior written permission from the Company.

Unauthorized sharing of Program materials may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund and may result in legal action.

6. Community Conduct & Confidentiality

Participants agree to maintain a respectful, supportive, and confidential environment within all Program spaces, including:
• live calls
• community groups
• partner practices
• practice circles
• messaging spaces
• comments and discussions

Information shared by other participants is considered confidential and may not be shared publicly or privately outside the Program without explicit permission.

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, hate speech, repeated boundary violations, or disruptive behavior toward the Company or other participants will not be tolerated.

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program and associated spaces without refund for violations of these guidelines.

7. Recording Consent

Participants understand and agree that live coaching calls, practice sessions, group discussions, and educational experiences may be recorded for training, replay, educational, and archival purposes.

By participating in live sessions, you consent to being recorded unless you choose to keep your camera and microphone turned off.

Participants may not record, screenshot, duplicate, distribute, or share Program calls or community content without written permission from the Company.

8. Certification Disclaimer

Completion of the Program and Final Certification Quiz may result in a Hello From The Spirit Side Certificate of Completion.

This certification is intended solely for educational and personal recognition purposes and does not constitute:
• medical licensing
• psychological accreditation
• legal authorization
• healthcare certification
• regulated professional qualification

The Company makes no representation that completion of the Program qualifies participants to practice in any regulated industry or profession.

9. Spiritual & Intuitive Services Disclaimer

Participants understand that intuitive, psychic, mediumship, energetic, and spiritual practices are inherently subjective experiences.

The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding:

11. Somatic, Breathwork & Hypnosis Disclaimer

The Program may include practices such as:
• breathwork

These experiences may evoke emotional, physical, energetic, or psychological responses.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for monitoring your physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic wellbeing during and after participation in the Program.

You may pause, modify, or discontinue participation in any exercise or practice at any time.

12. Medical, Psychological & Professional Disclaimer

The Program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychiatric, psychological, or emotional condition.

The Company does not provide:
• medical advice
• psychotherapy
• psychiatric treatment
• legal advice
• financial advice
• licensed healthcare services

Participants should seek appropriate licensed professional support where necessary.

13. Personal Responsibility

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that:
• you are fully responsible for your participation, interpretations, decisions, actions, and results
• you are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and financial wellbeing
• you participate voluntarily and at your own risk
• your outcomes are dependent on numerous individual factors outside the Company’s control

14. Liability Waiver & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Brittany Schmidt, the Company, affiliates, contractors, representatives, and associated parties from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Program.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• emotional distress
• psychological reactions
• physical symptoms
• energetic experiences
• financial losses
• business outcomes
• relationship impacts
• spiritual interpretations
• personal decisions made following participation in the Program

You understand and agree that participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

15. Technology & Access

Participants are responsible for maintaining the internet access, devices, software, and technology required to participate in the Program.

The Company is not responsible for:
• internet interruptions
• software failures
• platform outages
• participant technology issues
• device incompatibility
• login errors
• lost passwords

Program access is granted solely to the enrolled participant and may not be shared.

16. Physical Bonuses & Shipping

Any physical bonuses included with enrollment, including but not limited to the Conscious Creatures Oracle Deck, will be shipped to the mailing address provided by the participant.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

The Company is not responsible for shipping delays, customs issues, lost packages, incorrect addresses, or carrier related delivery problems once items have been shipped.

17. Non Disparagement

Participants agree not to knowingly make false, misleading, defamatory, or intentionally harmful public statements regarding the Company, Program, or associated participants.

Nothing in this section limits lawful consumer reviews or legally protected rights.

18. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Program without refund for:
• violation of these Terms
• abusive or inappropriate behavior
• harassment or boundary violations
• unauthorized sharing of materials
• disruption of community spaces
• misuse of Program content
• non payment of scheduled installments

Termination may include removal from:
• course access
• live calls
• community groups
• certifications
• bonuses
• future updates

19. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

20. Agreement

By enrolling in Hello From The Spirit Side, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
