RETREAT AGREEMENT & POLICIES

By registering for the Holy Fire® Reiki Retreat, you agree to the following terms:

PAYMENT & NON-REFUNDABLE PORTION

A minimum of $500 of your total investment is non-refundable.

This amount is applied toward your retreat investment and secures your space within this limited-capacity experience.

All payments made are final.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and the preparation required, all payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another individual (subject to approval).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

PAYMENT COMPLETION

Full payment must be received prior to the retreat start date.

If a payment plan is arranged, all scheduled payments must be completed as agreed.

Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your spot, with all prior payments remaining non-refundable.

RESPONSIBILITY & PARTICIPATION

This retreat is an immersive, experiential training.

By attending, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being
You agree to participate respectfully within a group setting
You understand that individual results and experiences will vary

SCOPE OF PRACTICE

This retreat includes energy work, meditation, and spiritual development practices.

It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where needed.

CERTIFICATION

Certification is granted upon completion of the training and participation in required components.

The facilitator reserves the right to withhold certification if participation or conduct does not meet the standards of the training.

MEDIA & PRIVACY

Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to be included, please notify in advance.

All personal sharing within the group is to be treated as confidential and held with respect.

💰 Investment: $488 deposit and $150 per week for 16 weeks until $2888 is fully paid.

This retreat includes two training pathways.
Please read carefully to ensure you’re registering for the level that aligns with your experience.

 

USUI REIKI I & II or HOLY FIRE® USUI REIKI I & II

 

You must have already completed Reiki Level I & II (from any lineage).

This level is designed for:
Complete beginners
Those new to energy work
Anyone feeling called to develop their intuition and self-healing abilities

 

USUI REIKI MASTER LEVEL

You  may have already completed Usui Reiki Master. 

This level is designed for:
Practitioners ready to deepen their relationship with Reiki
Those feeling called to step into leadership and teaching
Individuals wanting to confidently offer sessions and train others

You do not need prior Holy Fire® training
You do not need years of experience

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

This is an immersive, experiential training.

You will be actively participating, practicing, and integrating throughout the retreat.

You don’t need to be perfect or “ready”
You simply need to be open and willing to step into the experience
